Through a partnership with Blackbaud, the AFP Foundation for Philanthropy offers scholarships for the full conference registration fee for ICON. Scholarship candidates must identify as a member of a marginalized community, have not previously attended an AFP ICON event, and have at least 1 year of experience as a fundraising professional. As a Blackbaud Diversity Scholar, you must consent to providing a testimonial to the AFP Foundation for Philanthropy about the impact of receiving the scholarship and agree that your name will be listed as a Blackbaud Scholar and shared with Blackbaud. In 2024, 40 scholarships were awarded to a diverse pool of recipients.
